Please take a look at our product description and or size chart when placing an order. All of our items are limited and there is a chance that the item you ordered will not be available in a different size by the time you receive it.

If an item is still available in the size you are wanting to exchange for, we recommend purchasing the item so that it does not sell out. We do not pull sizes/items off online for returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue an online credit for a future purchase. Please allow 3 business days (72 hrs) for our customer service department to process your request.  You will be noticed if the new item requested is still in stock via email.

Exchange Policy 

 

*NO REFUNDS!! - EXCHANGES FOR SAME ITEM or/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS of DELIVERY.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, Please contact us via email within 72 hours of your delivery, 

If the item you're requesting to exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a STORE CREDIT SENT VIA EMAIL WITH CREDIT CODE.

 


The return package must arrive to us on or before the 7th day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt. RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS: 

 

 Merchandise Not Returnable include: 

  • Sale items

  • formal dresses

  • bodysuits

  • accessories

  • white items

  • handbags/clutches.

 

All shoes MUST be returned in original box inside of another box as shipped! (unless no box was requested)

 

  • Our Shipping Department diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore mistakes happen rarely. In the unlikely event that one of our team members has made an error. i.e:wrong sizing etc..Please contact us asap to correct any issues

  •  

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements..

      Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without               clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

 

  • In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will NOT receive a store credit and the item/items will be returned to you at your expense. 

 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back The Boutique.

 

  • Shipping fees are non refundable 

 

  • Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.

 

 

 

PAYPAL CREDIT RETURNS:

If your return is approved by following the guidelines of this return policy: You will still need to complete your agreement / installments with Paypal. Paypal Credit will not refund any portion of your installments for returns with us. A full credit for the item(s) will be provided to you immediately after your return is processed. Therefore, a full payment of the agreed installments with Paypal is required to keep a good standing with them.


EXCESSIVE RETURNS:

If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

 

 

 **Please include your original packing slip. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, one was emailed to you once your return request was accepted.
